We assess your telecom cost and infrastructure and recommend the most cost
effective and efficient solutions for your organization. We work to lower your
telecom expenses by 15%-35%.
Account Maintenance
For a monthly fee, we monitor all your accounts and manage all issues. In addition,
we provide you with a monthly and annual report.
Ongoing customer care
When you are our customer, you can contact us for any questions or concerns for
all your telecom services. With the FMC Level 2 Service Support Package, we will
open, monitor and resolve trouble tickets for you. We will review your bills with you.
Project Management
We do everything from installing telephone equipment to ordering voice and
Internet circuits. We will handle your move. Please note that it usually takes 2-3
weeks for the local carrier or other companies to install service at your new
location. Please contact us at least a month before moving.
